Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penambangan dan perdagangan batu bara. Perusahaan memproduksi batubara termal dari lokasi penambangannya yang berlokasi di Jambi, Kalimantan Tengah dan Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Selain untuk konsumsi domestik, batu bara juga diekspor ke negara lain, seperti Cina, India, Thailand, Malaysia dan Pakistan. Anak perusahaannya termasuk PT Roundhill Capital Indonesia, PT Kuansing Inti Makmur, PT Trisula Kencana Sakti, PT Bumi Anugerah Semesta dan GEMS Trading Resources Pte Ltd.

Dengan berakhirnya kuartal 2 2023, GEMS walaupun hanya menorehkan kenaikan laba sebesar 0,5% dibandingkan kuartal 2 tahun lalu, tapi ini membuat ekuitasnya meningkat sebanyak 77%.
